Want to know why a portion of our district budget goes to support Victory Mountain Camp? For one reason: this is where children and teens decide for the first time to follow Christ, some even deciding to pursue a career in ministry.

This photo comes from a holiness camp outside Macon, Ga., where DS Tim Jones is preaching this week. After accepting a call to salvation the night before, this young man was alone at the altar at breakfast time. Another teen gave the blessing and then peppered Tim with theological questions.

Let's support the next generation through our camps! You can do that here: https://victorymountaincamp.com/give-to-vmc

The Wesleyan Church has made it explicitly clear so that there can be no gray areas, no mis-interpretation of scripture or Discipline, that our denomination has long-believed, and continues to believe, that women and men are equal in responsibility and authority to serve the church. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are not gender-based.

Memorial 138 strengthens TWC’s historic commitment to women in ministry.

Hot off the presses!

Since 1971, Victory Mountain Camp has been a place where lives have been changed by the power of Jesus Christ. We all have stories and memories we can share — worship services, friendships, and special cabin talk time. But even more meaningful are the life-changing transformations. Help make those same experiences possible for the next generation. Purchase a limited-edition Victory Mountain Camp Legacy T-Shirt to provide camp scholarships for students who may not otherwise be able to attend. Every purchase invests in a life changed.

Remember the Past. Impact the Future.

NC East is proud to announce that two of the six General Board members (the highest governing body of The Wesleyan Church) elected from the Southern Representative Area are Lay member Sherry Keye, whose faithful dedication resulted in her re-election to the board, and DS Tim Jones, his first time serving. Two from NC West and two from the Shenandoah District round out the Southern Area, which includes districts from Indiana South down to Florida.

New leaders assume their roles after an anointed, prayerful installation service.

Our 25 delegates hard at work morning until late night at the 15th General Conference on the IWU Campus. Getting them in one place for one pic provided to be challenging! Shoutout to Delegate Starr Cromer who was recognized from the podium by Dr. Jo Anne Lyon as a delegate whose granddaddy attended the 1915 conference, and whose mother was the first woman on the General Board. She's carrying on a long tradition!
