We had a wonderful Easter Sunday! We decorated our Easter cross with spring flowers. The beautiful arrangement on the table was in memory of Pastor Terry Kersey, Sr. and in honor of Pastor John Sides. Let’s serve the Lord with gladness!

Oak Hill Friends Meeting Easter Sunday

On Easter Sunday, April 5th, we will have our early Easter service at 8:30am in the fellowship hall, followed by breakfast at 9:00.

Our Easter worship service will follow in the meeting room at 10:00am.

We will have our cross at the front of the meeting room to decorate with flowers.

Oak Hill Friends Meeting

CELEBRATING
116 YEARS

SUNDAY,
OCTOBER 13, 2024

You are invited to come celebrate 116 years of spiritual and community outreach. Ricky Sessoms, Pastor of Bethel Friends Meeting, is our guest speaker. His career of ministry has spanned over 50 years; and he has a tenure of over 30 years as an educator in the Randolph County Schools. He and his wife, Sheila, have three children and five grandchildren. We are guaranteed a blessing from his sharing!

Special music by the Oak Hill choir and soloist, Connie Larcher, will lift your spirits.

Please join us and invite your family and friends for:

• Sunday School for all ages ​ 10:00am
• Worship ​​ ​ 10:45am
• A covered dish luncheon will follow the meeting – Always a real treat! Valet food drop-off will be available. Just drive up to the Evergreen Dr. entrance and your food will be taken care of. No need to even get out of your car.

Handicapped parking is available at both Ward Street and Evergreen Avenue entrances.
A nursery is provided.

We are counting on you to meet our goal of 116 in attendance!!

FRIEND DAY at Oak Hill is this Sunday, April 21st. Worship Service starts at 10:45am. The Oak Hill Choir will sing and LaDonna, Linda, Amber and David will have our special music. Pastor Sides always brings a message sure to make you feel like “you’ve been to church”. We hope to see you there!
