We have launched a new group (really yet to be named), but referred to as ZCG (Zoom Connection Group) for now. It's at 8pm EDT, Sunday nights right now to better accomodate time zones, but it's subject to change based on the group's core composition as it develops and evolve.

Here's what a night looks like: nothing. There's no curriculum, no agenda, no attendance sheet. Every one gathers and participates at their comfort level. Cameras optional, lurking permitted, leaving early forgiven. Our only hope, each night, is that we laugh at least once.

We'll be experiencing another reading from the Gospel of John and its connection to the book of Revelation this Sunday at 10am. All are welcome and we have small groups afterward at 11:15am including one for youth! We've been waiting for you.

Tomorrow in worship (10am, in-person) we will wrestle with two newsworthy items from the week: our first trillionaire and the conviction and sentencing of Karmelo Anthony in Texas.

The harvest is plentiful. The laborers are few.

We've been waiting for you at The Beloved Community! Join us tomorrow, 10am for Mother's Day, a Celebration of All Women, and observance of National Foster Care Awareness Month. "Mothering is a political act." (- bell hooks) We'll be looking at the theme of embodied, localized love as resistance with a focus on the scripture of Acts 17:22-31... "The God You Already Know."
