This Sunday, we conclude our sermon series: "Jesus in His Glory," considering our lives in light of Christ's reign. We read in Genesis 1 as the Triune God is active in the creation of the world. In Acts 2, Peter tells the people that God has made Jesus both Lord and Christ. In Luke 22, Jesus tells his disciples that he comes to serve even as his Father has given him the Kingdom. Alleluia! Christ is risen, and he reigns! His Spirit is with us!

We continue our sermon series: "Jesus in His Glory," considering our lives in light of Christ's reign. We read in Acts 2 as the Spirit is poured out onto Jesus's disciples, an event which changed the world. In Numbers 11, we seen an Old Testament event in which some of the Spirit placed on Moses was also placed on the elders of Israel. In Luke 11, Jesus promises the Holy Spirit to those who ask, Alleluia! Christ is risen, and he reigns! His Spirit is with us!

Join us for worship this Sunday as we celebrate the ascension of our Lord Jesus!

This Sunday, we continue our Easter Season sermon series: "Jesus in His Glory," as we consider our lives in light of Christ's reign. We read in Acts 1 and Luke 24 as Jesus ascends into heaven to take his seat in glory reigning over heaven and earth. He promises to send his Spirit. In Ephesians 1, Paul tells us that Jesus reigns in glory with all power over all things. This is our reality today. From the day of his coronation at his ascension until the day that Jesus returns (and beyond), he is King over heaven and earth. Alleluia! Christ is risen, and he reigns!
