INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP OF MINISTRIES provides an apostolic covering and accountability process for full time ministers and their churches or ministries. Encouragement and equipping of each covenant pastor is based on relationship. This is accomplished through group fellowship times where personal connectivity is emphasized, as well as meetings via webcast, emails, Facebook and other electronic m

eans as available. This system of voluntary submission, cooperation and mutual accountability provides a safety net for pastors while allowing the local church to maintain its autonomy and to govern itself according to its own By-Laws.
