Highlights from our Discipleship Fair yesterday!

God has given each of us unique gifts — not to keep, but to give away. This week's message from Romans 12:3-18 challenged us to examine not just what our gifts are, but how we use them: with enthusiasm, with sacrifice, and with our eyes fixed on something bigger than ourselves.

Paul's words to the church in Rome are just as relevant today. Whether your gift is serving, teaching, encouraging, or leading, God calls you to use it fully — not for recognition, but for the building up of his kingdom.

The how of regifting our gifts comes down to this: give generously, without strings attached, on fire in the Spirit, and rooted in love for the one who gave you everything first.

If you missed Sunday's message, come join us or catch up online. And stay tuned — there are so many ways to put your gifts to work right here in our community.

What if the greatest spiritual gift you have is not a talent or a skill, but love itself? This past Sunday, we explored 1 Corinthians 13 in a fresh light -- not just as a wedding reading, but as Paul's challenge to examine the "why" behind everything we do and give.

Whether you are teaching a classroom, cleaning a restroom, or serving in ministry, the attitude of love you bring changes everything. Just as Jesus gave himself on the cross not for his own sake but out of love for the world (John 3:16), we are called to re-gift that same love to others in every act of service.

Join us this Sunday, August 30 for our Discipleship Fair, where you can discover new ways to use your gifts within the life of our church -- and yes, there will be ice cream.
