The civil rights movement remains deeply important today because systemic inequalities, racial disparities, and subtle discriminations still persist, meaning the work to fulfill the promise of true equality, fair justice, and equal opportunity for all people is unfinished.
We look forward to welcoming you to Mt. Olive for this opportunity to look back at the Civil Rights Movement.
