Faith Reformed Church regrets to announce that we must ❌cancel❌ morning worship services for this Sunday, October 11, 2026. Phone calls to notify congregation members are being made now.

Flash flood warnings have been announced which affect some of our church family, and we felt it was necessary to postpone services to not take any chances after the substantial rain in our area.

We all pray for continued recovery for the whole southeast region of the country, and are hopeful that we can gather again for services next Sunday. 🙏❤️

Sharing a good cause for a local neighbor and friend. We just learned of Danny’s diagnosis this morning, and pray for his friends and family, for his healing, and his recovery. For those inclined to join this August 7th benefit, the Roma Pizza Family Restaurant is up US Highway 321 North in a Food Lion shopping center across the road from the Highway Patrol station in Hudson (Caldwell County area).

Sharing a Brookford community event.

You’ll want to check this out next Friday!

When getting today’s mail, I paid a little extra attention to our dogwood tree blooming. Something made me say, “I should get a picture of that!” I walked closer to the curb, and saw that I could snap a good overall picture of the tree and the church, and thought, “It’s been 20 years since I snapped this view, I figure.”

So, our cover photo on the church page has a new look. Here’s the new and old photos together. 🙂

We hope you can join us at Faith's Easter Worship Service, Sunday morning, April 5th, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. We are located in the Town of Brookford, just off Highway 127 South, heading toward Mountain View. 🙂

Don't forget to "Spring Forward" one hour when you go to bed on Saturday night, March 7th. It's also a good time to remember to check your smoke detectors and change any batteries, if needed. If your smoke detectors have been up for a while, bear in mind that some units are only good for around 10 years of normal use. Might be a good idea to inspect and replace the whole detector.

With regret, Faith Church announces we must cancel our worship service for February 8th.

Our back parking area is essentially a couple inches deep of ice, especially in the shaded area close to the building. We would rather not have anyone to fall on this mess, and early morning temperatures are forecast to be below freezing.

And if that isn’t bad enough, we have a few illnesses that are concerning enough to warrant cancellation. Even our music provider and church bulletin maker is recovering from a light touch of food poisoning.

We hope to see everyone on February 15th. ❤️

Clearly, with the abundance of snow falling today, we will ❌cancel❌ morning worship services for this Sunday, February 1, 2026.

Please stay warm and safe as we hope and plan to gather again for services on Sunday, February 8, 2026.

Please continue to pray for all who will be impacted by this winter weather. 🙏❤️
