Far from the small, private letter that we may picture in our heads, Paul's letter to Philemon would have been publicly read to the church at Colossae likely right after his general letter to the Colossian church. Though directed to Philemon himself, it was meant to be heard by all, and the opening of the letter reminds us particularly of the refreshment that comes through faith in Christ Jesus.

📖🎉 A new year of AWANA is almost here!
We’re excited to welcome kids back to AWANA at Hickory Corners Bible Church, beginning Sunday, August 23!
AWANA gives children a place to learn and memorize God’s Word, build friendships, enjoy some great games, and spend time with leaders who care about them and want to help them grow in their knowledge of God.

Whether your family has been part of AWANA for years or you’ve never joined us before, we’d love to have your kids come be a part of it!
