Roughly 30 years ago there was a deliberate initiative to break up the family unit in “modern day churches” in the name of Biblical Teachings directed at different age groups. The concept was to be able to tell stories in the Bible that would help the children learn better what was written in the Bible. 30 years later those children are now young adults, and they are deciding not to participate in weekly church services at all. This trend has impacted our younger generation in the United States of America and beyond and the evidence is clearly presented to us in the daily news cycles.
The Mission at A Shepherds Life is to lead people to study God’s word, verse by verse, chapter by chapter, so we can better understand what God has done for us in the past, how God is working in our present lives and how God is preparing our future through His Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We believe that the population of the world has not grown in their knowledge of the teachings of Christ through Jesus and His disciples as well as the teaching from the Old Testament. This is a result of Teachers, Preachers, Pastors, and Ministers not systematically teaching the word of God in the traditional setting of a physical church. A Shepherds Life is here to fill that void for the people who desire to pursue Biblical Teachings as they are written in the Holy Bible, God’s Love Letter left behind for His Creation.
