Grace Christian Community Church of God in Christ was birthed out of the New Creation Church that started in 1999. was summoned to lead this flock and was formally installed by Bishop Raymond E. Watts in September of 2010 under the theme "Reaching Higher - Growing Stronger." The evening was unforgettable as the people of God became one throughout the Service of Installation. d began to shift Higher and move stronger and birthed a new name for the ministry Grace Christian Community Church of God in Christ. God blessed this change upon the foundation of his word in 2nd Corinthians 12:9 where Jesus said, "My Grace is sufficient for thee; for my strength is made perfect in weakness." The church was incorporated on August 27, 2012 received 501c3 status in 2013. Being a Christian means to live according to the teachings of Jesus Christ and to affect the Community with the same transforming power of God's word with the aim to reach lost souls. Ephesians 5:23 declares "Christ is the head of the Church: and he is the savior of the body." Grace Christian Community Church has been transformed from the inside out under the leadership of Pastor Johnny Lewis, Sr. God has worked mightily through this dynamic duo leading the people of God to grow in both quality and quantity. According to Romans 6:4 God is raising up this congregation to walk in the newness of life... new members, new pew chairs, new carpet, new paint, new stucco. The Grace of God has given this new creation a new direction under his protection with divine affection for the collection of an end time Harvest of Souls.
