Congratulations to our 2026 Scholarship Recipients!

Today, several members of our congregation renewed their baptismal vows and were confirmed or received into the Church. It was a joyful and meaningful celebration of faith and community.

We were also honored to welcome Bishop-Elect Sarah Fisher, along with Bishop Rob and Sandy Skirving, to share in this special day with us.

Thank you to everyone who helped make today’s service such a beautiful and memorable occasion. Your support, prayers, and presence made the day truly special.

A happy morning, at The Church of the Holy Trinity in Hertford NC! Ten members of the congregation renewed their baptismal vows and were confirmed or received. Below, the group posed for a picture with rector, the Rev. Whit Stroud, and Bishop Rob Skirving.

The people of this congregation excel in hospitality, with a wonderful brunch following worship that allowed members to celebrate with those who had been confirmed and received, and with their families and friends who were visiting, and to welcome Bishop-Elect Sarah Fisher along with Bishop Rob and Sandy Skirving. Last evening, the Bishop-Elect and Bishop were treated to an absolutely delicious multi-course Italian meal with the Vestry, hosted in a beautiful home on the Yeopim Creek.

May we all be generous hosts, as we share with others the bounty of God's great love for us!
