Pastor William M. Sawyer, Leading Lady Dr. Martha Sawyer and the entire New Bethel Church Family would like to extend condolences to the Riddicks Grove Missionary Baptist Church Family of Belvidere, NC in the sudden passing of their Senior Pastor, REV. MILLIE B. JORDAN.

Pastor Jordan has truly been a blessing to the body of Christ! She also faithfully served the Perquimans County Fellowship and the Roanoke Missionary Baptist Association.

In spite of how it may seem, we know that we serve a God who never makes a mistake. As the scripture states in Psalm 116:15, "Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his faithful servants." NIV

God bless the life and ministry of Pastor Millie Jordan as she now abides in Glory. Please keep her daughter, Min. Nicole Spencer and the entire Riddicks Grove Church family in your prayers for peace and comfort during this time of bereavement.

Our entire New Bethel Church Family would like to extend condolences to the Downing family during the recent passing of our very own, BRO. NATHAN DOWNING, SR.

He has fought a good fight, he has finished the race, he has kept the faith, now there is in store for him a crown of righteousness. Let us all continue to keep his wife, children, mother, siblings and the rest of the Downing family covered in prayer during their timeofbereavement.

Bro. Downing was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church where he formerly faithfully served on the Male Chorus Ministry. His presence will be greatly missed at New Bethel. He was also a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
