Transforming lives and community In the Name of Christ. Love INC follows up to ensure the need was met and to offer spiritual support.

Love INC receives requests for help, screens the requests for extent of need and legitimacy, and refers the requests to a local church ministry, church volunteer, or community agency. By acting as a central clearinghouse to screen and verify requests, Love INC is a good steward of resources. Duplication of service is eliminated between service agencies and churches, and collaboration of shared resources is encouraged.

How blessed are we to share in the legacy of Milton Hershey?

When Milton established our town, he believed a community thrives when we dedicate our influences to lifting up those around us. From supporting local workers to caring for children in need, his vision was rooted in service, compassion, and shared responsibility.

As we celebrate his birthday today, we are so grateful for how Hershey and the surrounding communities continue to carry that vision forward. Every time you donate essential household or hygiene supplies, volunteer your time, or lend a listening ear, you are making a neighbor feel valued and supported.

Together, neighbors are keeping Milton's legacy of service alive in and around this amazing town.!

When local neighbors face sudden life changes or financial hardship, having a safe, reliable place to call home can feel out of reach. That’s why proceeds from our upcoming Community Auction directly fund Homes of Hope. Because of your generosity, families receive up to 12 months of stable housing alongside budget mentoring and supportive coaching so they can thrive on their own. One bid at a time, you are helping families find safety and hope right here in Derry Township and surrounding areas.

When local faith communities put love into action, amazing things happen for our neighbors! 🍂✨

For this Thankful Thursday, we are celebrating Church of the Redeemer United Church of Christ for their generous August collection. From paper towels and tissues to essential toiletries, these everyday supplies help to stock our Personal Care Closet for local families. These everyday necessities aren't covered by SNAP benefits, so when our partner churches step up to serve, they bring real relief and comfort to families in the 17036 & 17033 zip codes.

Every dollar raised through this event goes straight into our General Fund. That means every bid helps keep our Connection Center lines open, stocks our Personal Care Closet with daily hygiene essentials, and gives weary caretakers a place to sleep through our Parsonage Ministry.

Fresh starts are built together! 🚚✨

Moving into a new space is an exciting milestone, but getting heavy furniture through the door can feel overwhelming without a team behind you. On 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮 𝗮𝘁 𝟵:𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗠, we have the joy of helping a sweet multi-generational family relocate from Briarcrest in Hershey to Middletown for a more stable living situation. Because several family members live with physical and cognitive disabilities, they cannot manage the heavy lifting on their own.

When we join forces, what feels like an overwhelming task becomes a quick, joyful morning of community care! We need 6–8 willing neighbors to help load and unload dressers, beds, couches, and boxes.
