What an incredible final day of Sports & Art Camp! 🎨⚽️☀️

Today, we finished our verse with “and He will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5-6). Throughout this week, our campers learned to trust in the Lord, not rely on their own understanding, know Him in all their ways, and trust that He will guide them every step of the way.

We are so thankful for every camper, volunteer, leader, and family who made this week so special. From sports and art to worship and Bible lessons, it has been a joy to watch these kids learn, grow, and have fun together.

Thank you for an amazing week at Sports & Art Camp—we’re already looking forward to next year! ❤️

Day 3 of Sports & Art Camp was full of fun, laughter, and learning! 🎨⚽️☀️

Today, we focused on the next part of Proverbs 3:6: “In all your ways know Him.” We talked about what it means to include God in every part of our lives—not just on Sundays, but at home, at school, on the field, and everywhere we go.

From games and sports to crafts and worship, our campers had another amazing day growing in their faith and friendships. We can’t believe we’re already nearing the end of such a great week together!

Day 2 of Sports & Art Camp was one for the books! 🎨⚽️☀️

Today, we learned to “do not rely on your own understanding” (Proverbs 3:5-6). Sometimes we don’t have all the answers, but we can trust that God sees the bigger picture and knows exactly what we need.

From creative art projects to exciting games and sports, our campers had another day full of fun, laughter, and learning more about Jesus. We are so thankful for each camper and can’t wait for Day 3!

Day 1 of Sports & Art Camp is in the books! 🎨⚽️☀️

Today, we learned what it means to “trust in the Lord with all your heart” (Proverbs 3:5-6). Through sports, art, games, and lots of fun, our campers were reminded that God is always faithful and worthy of our trust.

We loved seeing new friendships form, creativity shine, and so many smiling faces. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store!

Kids learned this week that their lives matter to God. In our Bible story from Judges 13–16, a man named Samson showed that he was special to God, even though he made wrong choices. God made Samson special, and He cared about him. Kids can know their lives matter to God too. Pray with your kids this week for specific people that you can share Jesus with. Remind them that God made them special.

Play a fun name game with your preschoolers! Sit together and take turns calling each other’s names in different, playful ways—whisper it, sing it, say it in a silly voice, or clap out the syllables. Talk about how it feels when someone says your name. Remind your preschoolers that God knows their names too! God made each of us special, and He loves us. Preschoolers learned that their names are special to God. In 1 Samuel 3, God called Samuel’s name and gave him an important message. God made Samuel special from head to toe, and God made us special too! As you are out and about this week, talk about different people you know, say their names, and remind your preschoolers that their names are special to God.

Tomorrow in CH Kids we start our new themes for the month of June!
Our Big Deal in Preschool is "God Made Me Special" with the theme Head to Toe and our Simple Truth in Elementary is “I Am Uniquely Designed” in our theme Priceless. Kids will learn that God made them special. Their names matter to God, their lives matter to God, where they live matters to God, and they matter to God! This will be a terrific June, and we can’t wait to see you at church!
