• Possession - When we progress in the Lord, we will be used by Him. We have to make sure we are God’s possession and not the enemy’s possession.

How do I stay focused on God when it seems like everything is going wrong?

As Christians, we have to realize that our power is in Christ. Christ is our answer for all things. God is doing a new thing in us, so we must stay connected to Him.

• Tests will come: We need to be prepared for the temptations by putting on our whole armor of the Lord.

• Our tests aren’t patterned the same: Our tests are individualized, so we can’t use the next person’s experience to make it out.

• Go through the Fire: God wants to consume the artificial things in this world that are preventing us from truly living for Him.

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 1:24; 2 Corinthians 2:1-10

How do I stay focused on God when it seems like everything is going wrong?

Standing firm in faith is necessary when everything else seems like it’s going wrong. Shared joy (not a competition) with other Christians creates a space that reproduces more like-minded believers.

Forgiveness is necessary in the kingdom of God.

Along with a baptism of two young children of God, we celebrated the dedication of a new soul in Christ. The Hamptons decided to dedicate their child’s life back to Christ. It was a joyous occasion to celebrate his dedication. Thank you for all who attended and worshipped with us.

Baptism Celebration! We were blessed to be able to celebrate the dedication of two young souls into the kingdom of God. It was a blessing to fellowship with Jeremiah Franklin Belvin and Isaiah Messiah Maeweathers Jr. as they continue in their Christian journey!

God covering doesn’t sweep away sin, and it’s not cosmetic.

When God covers us:
• sin loses its strength.
• sin loses its shame and it cannot resurrect.
• the enemy loses his evidence of our sin.
• God shields our condemnation from sin.
• the devil can’t reopen closed sinful cases.
• we can walk with guilt and shame.
