Discipleship is a core tenet of our faith. As he was preparing to ascend to heaven, Jesus, as his last instructions to his disciples, charged them to go and make disciples of all nations. For Christians we are called to both be discipled and to disciple. Both should leave us transformed. As 2 Cor. 5:17 reminds us, those of us in Christ are a new creation.
The question is how do we do this? What does disciple-becoming and disciple-making look like? The Way is a discipleship program that teaches us what it means to become disciples while teaching how to disciple others.
