"Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” — Psalm 27:14 (NLT)

We often pray for God to change our circumstances, remove obstacles, or open new doors. Yet many times, before He changes what is around us, He works on what is within us. In the waiting, God strengthens our faith, deepens our trust, and builds the courage we need for what lies ahead.

The delay is not wasted time. God is using it to prepare us, refine us, and remind us that our hope is found in Him. When the answer hasn't come yet, keep trusting. When the path seems unclear, keep waiting on the Lord.

The same God who is working on your situation is also working in your heart. Stay faithful, stay encouraged, and remember: God's strengthening often comes before God's changing.

🎓 Today we had the joy of honoring our graduates and celebrating this special milestone in their lives!

We are so proud of Jensen Harrod as he graduated from 6th grade. As he steps into a new season, we pray that God will guide his paths, strengthen his faith, and bless him with wisdom and courage for the journey ahead.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." — Proverbs 3:5-6

Congratulations!! We are praying for you and excited to see all that God has in store for your future. 🎓❤️🙏

"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!" — Psalm 150:6

Today, take a moment to remember that every breath we take is a gift from God. The same God who created the heavens and the earth has given us life, strength, and another day to walk with Him.

No matter what season you are in—whether filled with joy or facing challenges—there is always a reason to praise Him. Praise lifts our eyes above our circumstances and reminds us of God's goodness, faithfulness, and love.

As you go through your day, let your heart be filled with gratitude. Use the breath God has given you to worship, encourage others, and proclaim His greatness.

If you have breath in your lungs, you have a reason to praise the Lord!

Happy Tuesday, Union Hill family!
As we step into this new day, remember that God has already gone before you. Whatever you’re facing—big or small—He is faithful, and He is with you.
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.”
Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV)
Take a moment today to pause, breathe, and thank God for His guidance. You don’t walk this road alone. He’s working in ways you can’t always see, turning burdens into blessings and worries into testimonies.
Pray, trust, and keep moving forward. God’s plan for you is good.
Have a blessed Tuesday from your church family at Union Hill Baptist Church.

Worry weighs the heart down, but prayer lifts it up to God.

We may not always control the situation, but we can choose where we place our focus. We can choose fear, or we can choose faith. We can choose to worry, or we can choose to pray.

Prayer reminds us that God is still in control, still faithful, and still working even when we cannot see it. Instead of carrying every burden alone, take it to the One who cares for you completely.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” — Philippians 4:6

Choose prayer today. Choose peace. Choose trust in God. 🙏

“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans:1

What a powerful reminder for today. Because of Jesus, we are no longer defined by our past, our failures, or our fears. In Christ, we have freedom, hope, and victory.

Romans reminds us that even in difficult seasons, God is working all things together for good for those who love Him. Nothing can separate us from the love of God — not trouble, hardship, worry, or uncertainty.

Walk today in confidence, knowing you are loved, chosen, and held securely in His hands. 🙏
