The message for this Sunday was from Act 16: 1-10. Are we like Paul? If we don’t get our way, do we fuss, complain, maybe even throw fits. Paul wanted to go to Phrygia. God said no. Then he wanted to go to Mysia. God said no. Finally he went where God wanted him to go in the first place, to Macedonia. If you don’t get your way, keep seeking God. God knows what’s best for you.

This Sunday was a surprise. Bro. Jonathan left his notes at home! But his sermon from 1 Timothy was truly great. It was about TATTOOS, DRESSING APPROPRIATELY, and GIVING. It was straight from the Bible. You should have been there. Sunday School starts at 9:30 next Sunday.

Our Song Leader and our back up were both absent Sunday. We had some great volunteers. Bro. Jonathan followed with another great message. Y’all need to come visit us. You’re missing some good Bible teaching.

Sunday’s message was from Mark 1: 1-8 and was about the time Jesus started his ministry. Sins are many things, but your sins will find you out. Water (baptism) doesn’t save you, only Jesus can do that. Repentance is fleeing from sin and is very hard to do. Join us Wednesday night for BREAKFAST at 5pm with Bible study to follow.
