The Holy Spirit wasn't given to create spectators—He was sent to empower believers for the mission. Just like Acts 2 shows us, the early church didn't just attend services. They lived their faith daily, broke bread together, prayed constantly, and saw 3,000 souls saved in a single day.

Here's the challenge: Our town has over 2,000 people and plenty of empty seats in our churches. What are we doing with the Holy Spirit we've already received? Are we showing the world something different, or are we just Sunday morning Christians?

It's time to get off the sidelines. Find your lane and run. Whether it's serving, encouraging, giving, praying, or sharing the gospel—every believer is in the ministry. When you stand before God, what will He say about how you lived out your mission? Let's fill these chairs by living out our faith boldly, together.

In a small town, our "fruit" is always on display. People might not always hear our testimony, but they will always see our reactions. Let’s make sure that when the world gets a taste of our lives during the week, they’re tasting the goodness of the One we worship on Sunday.

On Mother’s Day, Marsha shared touching stories about her mother — from childhood memories to the years she lovingly cared for her. She also read the poem “Two Mothers Remembered,” a beautiful reminder of a mother’s lasting impact.
To honor her mother’s memory, Marsha created handmade Prayer Buddy Dolls for the mothers in our church, paired with a special FBC coffee mug. A sweet and meaningful gift for the women who bless our church family so deeply.
