Luis and Rose Bettencourt, graduates of Rhema Bible College in Oklahoma, recently purchased the former bible college property at Miracle Valley and have great plans that they believe will be a great asset to the community. Their desire is to accommodate functions that will help restore the value of the family and create fun in the community, while the main focus is helping transform the lives of

our young people. Together, they are using their natural and spiritual gifts to do the work God has called them to. Luis is a gifted contractor and knowledgeable in many areas needed to restore the property. His great charisma and sense of humor has been returned with warm smiles and offers of help and support. Rose is a musician and worship leader. Together, they minister as God leads, with their greatest motto being, "Loving God, loving people."

Good morning Miracle Valley family I was thought I’d share this photo this morning. It was such a beautiful site that I needed to share with you guys. Little update the Tabernacle Will have a new roof by the middle of summer also, we need to keep praying for the Crabtree family that owned the property at the moment. There’s been rumors around and purely gossip that other individuals are stating that they own the property and so on this is not true I personally know the new owners and they’re doing a great job to preserve. What’s there now and to move forward with the restoration of the Bible College. Thank you for reading this and enjoy your day. God bless you all.

Miracle Valley with its reserve of $150,000.00 was sold last Friday.

Some friends from Phoenix purchased it for $201,700.00 and then with the Auction Fee, etc., its total cost was $217,886.00.

Our limit was set at $200k.

However, our ministry continues to own the Miracle Valley Cemetery (where Rev. A. A. Allen and many saints were laid to rest), as well as the 15-acre Lagoon (Miracle Valley's Sewer System).

Be in prayer for the new owners that they will be able to remodel the buildings so they can be utilized for God.
