We, The Buren Chapel AME Church members are extending an apology to those in Jefferson County that relied on our partnership with the St. Louis Area FoodBank, “Food on the Move”program for today. The City of Festus did not communicate the closure of our street where food distribution is done.  The Adams street park area was also compromise for use. Heartfelt apology to the families during this time where food budget are stretched. We are unable to reschedule food distribution for this month however, if you go to the St. Louis area food bank website, you will be able to see other pantry locations that are distributing this month. https://stlfoodbank.org/.
