Jenkins Memorial CME 8AM Worship Service
Sermon: Remember When
Scripture(s): Deuteronomy 8:2
Messenger: Pastor Carlotta Ficklin
Key Points:
1. Remember the standard you are expected to live by. Your blessings come with an expectation.
2. Remember how the Lord provided for you.
3. We can’t get too comfortable in the present, that we forget the past. People laid down their lives so you can vote.
4. Remember who brought us through. God has brought us through. There is danger being in the blessing and forgetting who brought you through. Sometimes we have spiritual amnesia.
5. We have a responsibility to those who come behind you. The right to vote is a high priority.
