e Hephzibah Communities. To be a Christian Ministry that is devoted to the spiritual as well as physical needs with the salvation message given at every opportunity. HRCM provides opportunity for hands-on-ministry involvement of individuals and groups from Churches throughout the Hephzibah Communities. The scope is to provide services and resources throughout the surrounding communities. We are a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural ministry impacting the world in which we live with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. We desire to reach the lost at any cost, equip and empower the people of God, and provide holistic ministry to our community as well as the world. HRCM is built upon the Word of God, and we believe it in its entirety. The Word is the authority on which we base our faith, our behavior, our talk, and our thinking. HRCM is “Who” the Word says we are, HRCM can do what the Word says we can do, and HRCM can have what The Word says we can have!
