This guy is 17 year old. He start following me around in camp but because of his strong accent I did not pay attention. He is from Rusia 🇷🇺. Later when I learned he was from Rusia I start given him time… all his family are Christians, except him. Every time they talk to him about baptism he just walks away… ( the preacher said he have try to have a study many times and no progress have Been made)
After two day he told me that every time he said he is from Russia he feel rejected, and people give him a bad look every where and and he takes that on God.
At that moment I got up and hug him strongly, and said to him : “ Jesus doesn’t do that, He loves you so much so that he can died for you if he have to do it again” the boy cry. And that is the shortest Bible study I have ever have. He is back to the place where he lives here in Australia ( about 2 hours by plane) but he texted me and said he now wants to be baptized, he wants to study with me even online because he have some questions but he is now giving a strong consideration he said.

Our God is amazing… Brought me all the way from CR to make a connection with a Russian boy to speak such a short frase.

There is nothing special about me or the boy but it’s amazing to see how the Lord use us in ways we don’t know all for his Glory and his purposes.

I told God in one of my prayers… why don’t you sent a man with better English… why me???? I repent in tear yesterday and I humbly told God “ thank you for using me”
I just wanted to share that with you.
