What a joy it was to celebrate our students during our Blessing of the Backpacks! The sanctuary was filled with smiles, excitement, and prayers as our young learners came in with their backpacks to prepare for the school year ahead. Gathering together to support and pray over our children was a powerful testament to the strength of our church family.

Calling all students!

Whether you are looking forward to your first day of preschool or going back to your last year of grad school, bring your backpacks to church next Sunday for a special blessing at the end of the worship service. Your pastors and church community will pray for you and begin cheering you on as you embark on the 2026-2027 school year.

It has been an incredible week so far at Eagle Eyrie for our Youth Group! The students are serving the Bedford YMCA in their Learning Garden with energy and great attitudes as they w**d and mulch!

During their worship sessions, they have been diving in to Matthew 13 and John 15. Please continue to pray for the hearts of our students, and that God's Word would continue to take root and bear lasting fruit in their lives.

Please be praying for our students and leaders as they travel to Eagle Eyrie for our Youth Mission Camp Trip (July 27 - August 1).

This year’s theme is Cultivate, where we will explore the powerful parables of Jesus and discover how God’s Word takes root in our hearts and transforms our lives. Together, we’ll learn what it means to abide in Christ, how His loving pruning helps us grow, and how remaining connected to Him helps us to bear fruit and share the good news of Jesus with the world.

Please join us for service at 10AM on Sunday, July 26 when we will be commissioning our students and leaders before their trip.

We made great memories and deepened friendships at our first Church Family Campout! Over 50 people enjoyed a cookout, yard games, s'mores and songs around the campfire and an outdoor movie! Those who stayed to tent camp slept blissfully under the stars in the cool night air. We can't wait to do it again!

Our Donuts with Dad event was an absolute treat! It was wonderful seeing so many smiling faces, as we enjoyed some extra quality time with all of the wonderful fathers and father figures in our community. We loved kicking off the day making memories together and enjoying a sweet treat.

Bridging Up Sunday was a wonderful celebration! We are so proud of our 5th graders who officially crossed the bridge to join the youth group. We are incredibly excited for their next steps in their faith walk with Jesus Christ, and wish them the best of luck in this new experience.
