The Ice Queen herself has been very busy the last few days creating quite the Winter wonderland. ❄️

Unfortunately for us normal folk, this has created many hazardous conditions. 🧊

Due to this event- and following SCS guidance, WEE will be closed the remainder of the week to keep everyone safe and warm.

Sumner County Schools will be closed Tuesday, January 16, 2024

Sumner County Schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 due to the forecasted winter weather and extreme cold temperatures.

With our schools already closed on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Day, and the extreme cold forecasted temperatures and wind chill values estimated for Tuesday, we wanted to provide parents with as much advance notice as possible.

Please stay safe and warm! ❄️
