Our Meal Train is open, and we need your help showing up for the mamas and children at Grace Place on Monday and Thursday evenings.

No special skills required — just a heart to serve and enough food for 6-8 adults and 10-15 children.

A home-cooked meal says "you are seen, you are loved, and this community is for you." 🤍🙏

Looking for a positive place for your student to connect with other teenagers this summer?

Our MS/HS Youth Group is hosting a Game Night on June 24 from 5:00–8:00 PM at the CMC Ministry Center.

Students will enjoy:
🎮 Video games
🎲 Board games
🍿 Snacks
🤝 Friendship and community
🏆 Fun competition

Whether your child is already involved in youth group or has never attended before, this is a great opportunity to meet other students in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

We know it can be intimidating to try something new, so we work hard to make every student feel included from the moment they walk through the door.

Invite a grandchild, neighbor, friend, or student who might be looking for a place to belong. We'd love to meet them!

Serving, Growing, and Sharing Christ’s Love ❤️

This week, our Mission’s team had the opportunity to serve alongside the community in Asheville, NC. We are especially proud of our youth who answered God's call to serve and stepped out in faith to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

From working hard on projects to building relationships and sharing Christ's love, they demonstrated what it means to live out their faith beyond the walls of the church.

Please join us in celebrating these students and all who participated in this mission experience. We pray that God will continue to use what they learned and experienced to shape their lives and strengthen their faith for years to come.

Wrapping up our Missions Team’s work week in Asheville, NC. Our team built meaningful relationships, heard powerful stories, and witnessed God at work in a rural area with real needs. Living out our values of being Called, Connected, Committed and Commissioned!

We all know the staggering list of achievements credited to George Washington Carver. The Royal Academy. The agricultural breakthroughs that quite literally rescued entire economies. The sheer genius of the man.

Yet one of the most remarkable things about him wasn't his success — it was his humility.

Each day, before the world could demand his attention, Dr. Carver began with prayer and a simple question:

"Lord, what do You have for both of us to do today?" Both of us.

Not "bless my plans." Not "help me get through it." But a partnership. A man showing up to work already assuming God was showing up with him.

I keep imagining what would change if I prayed like that. If you did. If we all did — the corporate CEOs before checking their dashboards, parents before waking up the kids, political leaders before a vote.

How much anxiety would evaporate if we stopped trying to work for God, and started working with Him?

I’m challenging myself to pray this way this week, and I want to invite you to do the same.

Men of Faith: A Study of King David begins this Sunday at 10:30!

Join us as we explore the life of King David and discover what it means to be a man after God’s own heart. In our first message from 1 Samuel 16, we’ll look at David’s calling and learn how God’s standards for success and significance are often very different from the world’s.
