It seems they finally managed to sell this haunted house. In addition to selling this haunted house, they sold it with it being in litigation, with a Lis Pendens on it and several other clouds on the title and most importantly without the previous owner, 2120 Arlington Place Trust Dated 10/28/21, ever getting one building permit for the property. The previous owner did hundreds of thousands of dollars in renovations and repairs, most of which required a building permit but he did not get even one permit....

And even more importantly, is that it is still in litigation. The new owner doesn't care about any of it. He will try to sell it no matter what. Even more important than this, is that not only is it in litigation from the from owners, a married couple, it is now in litigation from one of the owners brothers who got stiffed in the probate. I don't know the whole story, something like the brother was a son borne out of wedlock to the owners dad and his sibling never knew about him or something like that. But it's set to go into even more litigation.

This house is now for sale and it is so haunted that no one will ever be able to live in it. It's unbelievable how many ghosts occupy this property.

Okay, so out of the blue I get a not one but a few emails from Kaly, my ex. I hadn't talked to her in awhile or really posted about her either. I got busy with life and that was that. I wasn't going to write about this witch again. The witch that stole my heart and went off into the sunset with someone else. But I will. She's a witch which is pretty understandable. What's totally amazing is this haunted house is for sale. I live right across the street from 2120 Arlington Pl Hendersonville, NC 28791. The lady that lived across the street moved because the ghosts kept walking over and bothering her in the middle of the night so the whole street is haunted, I guess.
