This month, we celebrate the Big Inning, the very beginning of God's story and ours! Just like every baseball game starts with the first pitch, everything in creation begins with God. Through our stories this month, kids will discover that God designed the world, made people with purpose, and has always had a plan. Every beginning comes from God!

Are you excited for Awana 2026-2027? I know I am! We launch on Aug. 12, but this coming Wednesday, Aug. 5th we will host an Open House!
If you have already registered, you can come by (before or after school registration) and pick up your child's materials for the new year. This will allow you to get started on your entrance booklet before our launch!
If you have not registered, it is still open on the website (cchville.com/events), or you can come and register at Open House! I look forward to seeing you all and can't wait for our new Awana year!

Let's make a SPLASH!
We can dive fully into what God has called us to do, knowing we're never alone. God is good and always there to help. Just like a swim teachers shows the right strokes, the Holy Spirit guides us in how to love others. And a lifeguard who never stops watching, our Lifeguard - God - is always looking out for us. We can call on Him anytime, and He will be there.

Join us for a new month of learning that God is in Control!

God is in control of everything - even the weather! Whether it's rain, sunshine or unexpected snow, the forecast may surprise us, but nothing catches God off guard. The weather may be unpredictable to us, but it's never outside His command. He is all-powerful and always prepared, even when we are not. No matter what the skies above are like, we can rest knowing that God remains sovereign over it all.
