We invite our youth to join us in working to decorate the Sanctuary for the upcoming Christmas season. We will do so on Saturday, November 29th from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Weโ€™ll provide lunch for the group as well. It will be a great way to serve the church and get into the Christmas spirit!

Letโ€™s have a fun Sunday afternoon on the week of Fall Break! You must be in church that morning to join us. The cost is $10 per person. But, there is an opportunity to earn it as a free trip at church this Sunday, September 28th!

Looking forward to a great Sunday tomorrow! All youth are invited to Sunday School with Debbie at 9 AM. The lesson will be on โ€œThe Greatest Name.โ€ Itโ€™s the first of a series of Sunday School lessons over the next six weeks on โ€œThe Greatest of All Time.โ€

All high school and middle school students are invited to join us for this upcoming game night on Sunday. Thereโ€™s no school on Monday, so itโ€™s the perfect time for a little later night of fun and games โ€ฆ and food too!

We are experimenting with a Sunday Evening Youth Meeting with a different focus starting on August 24th. Our schedule will rotate between high school and middle school students on Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:00 PM. Hereโ€™s the schedule for the next few weeks โ€ฆ

August 24 โ€” High School
August 31 โ€” Middle School
September 7 โ€” High School
September 14 โ€” Middle School

Join us for our Bible study focus on โ€œWhat Every Christian Ought to Know.โ€ Weโ€™ll play some games as well and have some snacks to share.

We are going to try something different on Sunday evenings starting on August 24th. We want to give each of these groups an opportunity to meet at times independent of the rest of the youth group. On August 24th, we invite all high school students to join us. On August 31st, we invite all middle school students to join us. Then we just continue alternating weeks between these groups.

We want to have some separate opportunities for high school and middle school, while still combining these groups together at other times. Sunday School is still the same wonderful place to go on Sunday mornings at 9 AM. But there is a slight change with this right now as well. For right now at least, we plan to keep our new 6th graders downstairs in the Childrenโ€™s area during Sunday School and give them an opportunity to serve as leaders for other children while they also begin transitioning into the Youth Ministry of the church on Sunday evenings and by being part of all other youth events and activities.
