Strong Heart Fitness Ministry Our mission is to glorify God by pointing athletes to Christ in all aspects of life. Donation based sports and fitness ministry.

We operate in Henderson, Texas at the Family Life Center at First Baptist Church. Monday: 5:00am - 6:30am / 9:00am- 12:30pm / 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday: 6:00am - 11:00am / 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00am - 6:30am / 9:00am - 12:30pm
Thursday: 6:00am- 11:00am / 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday: 5am - 6:30am / 9:00am - 12:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 10:00am
Sunday: Closed
