SOS 2025 was a hot one! Our unofficial theme of the week was “Drink Water.”

7 groups brought 115 registered youth and adults to sleep on cots and air mattresses at night and hammer on roofs during the day. One group traveled 329 miles from the mountains of North Carolina. 12 churches sponsored jobs and/or fed crews. Many, many local volunteers worked daily to feed workers, deliver supplies, lead worship, clean facilities, and help on sites in Vance, Franklin, and Warren Counties.. 9 crews each replaced a roof. SOSers witnessed to home owners and their neighbors. They were the hands and feet of Jesus this week. They worked hard and had fun.

We look forward to doing it all again next year!
