Many people imagine God's mercy as something reluctantly given after we have been humbled, defeated, or brought to our knees.

But what if mercy is something altogether different?

This Sunday, June 7, we'll explore the story of Matthew the tax collector and discover that mercy is not God overpowering people. Mercy is God's love moving toward people.

Mercy is what happens when God refuses to let brokenness, failure, or separation have the final word.
