As we close out Black History Month, we honor and remember the remarkable life and legacy of Apostle Rosa Perry, a devoted servant of God, visionary leader, and steadfast pillar of her community. In the year 2000, she answered the call to establish Rock of Prayer & Deliverance Holiness Church, where she faithfully pastored for 25 years, nurturing souls, strengthening families, and uplifting lives through prayer, teaching, and compassionate leadership. Beyond the pulpit, Apostle Perry was also an entrepreneur and community builder, owning the restaurant Soul Delicious, which reflected her heart for service and fellowship. Her influence extended far beyond church walls; she was a trusted voice, a source of encouragement, and a living example of faith in action. Until her passing in 2025, Apostle Rosa Perry remained committed to serving with excellence, leaving behind a powerful legacy of love, resilience, and unwavering dedication that will continue to inspire generations to come.
