Happy New Year from all of us at The Heart of God Ministries.

May the Lord Bless you and keep you if you are His.

If you don’t know the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and the One that left Heaven to come to this earth to die for your, this is the time to learn of Him and get to know Him.

His Name is Jesus. Jesus!

It is simple and you can do it where you are: recognize you need Him and needing help, ask Him to forgive you for your sins and accept Him as your Savior. Say “Forgive me for I am a sinner and I am asking you to forgive me. I ask you to come in my heart and save me and help me. I accept you, Jesus and I don’t want to live like this anymore.” It is done!
If you prayed this and meant it, come by the Center on Tuesday and talk with us and we will give you resources to help you and rejoice with you for your name was written down in heaven’s book when you prayed this prayer and meant it.

It is hard to believe that thanksgiving is tomorrow, so as you prepare to spend this day with family and friends take a few minutes to vocalize the blessings of this year.
Even in times of trouble and testing, the Lord said He would never leave us or forsake us and we are victorious.
The song by Josh Groban “He raised me up so I can stand on mountains, He raised me up to walk on stormy seas, I am strong when I am on His shoulders, You raised me up to more than I can be.”
Our strength is in Him and in my heart I feel like He is coming soon. Praise His name.

Moving and unpacking is done and we are ready to Open our Doors.

Tomorrow (Tuesday morning) we will be open for prayer meeting at 10:00 am. The forts will be open for the rest of the day until 3:00pm.

Hours for the week will be:
Tuesday -Thursday 10:00am-3:00pm

Prayer room will be open the same tile and if you want a prayer group to meet in there earlier or later stop by and talk to one of us and will work it out for you if possible.
You can stop by and use Prayer Room in private or staff can take time to talk with you or pray with you. It is a good place to go if you have things that are disturbing or unsettling and sit in the presence of the Lord with music playing.
Bible Study on Monday night at 5:00pm at the Center. It is always a privilege to open the Word for there are truths, mysteries and hope for us when we study.
Rita Boling is teaching and the Lord has anointed her for this position.
You are invited even if you attend even if you attend another church and then go back to your church Wednesday night and Sunday. There are others currently attending from other churches and have been a blessing.
John 17th chapter is a good read for Jesus said I pray not just for them but for the ones that come believe in you from their word that they all may be one even as we are one.
Not my kingdom but His will be done.

A lot of activity has been going on at The Heart of God Ministries.

The last few months with our special speakers,Holy Spirit has confirmed to me a change in the direction of the ministry.

He directed me to go back to the reason we were called. That calling is prayer and family along with support for the churches.

We are downsizing and as the original building is available where we started that is where we will be as of September 1. The address is down the street at 137 1st street next to J’Petals flower shop.

There will be a free standing Prayer Room available for prayer and alone time to spend with Holy Spirit for whatever need that you may have.
We will continue with the gathering of the saints on Sunday morning, to study the Word and take time to see what Holy Spirit’s plan for that time.
You will see some of us or all of us visiting local churches on Sunday to celebrate and worship with God’s people.
Bible Study on Monday night at 6 pm for anyone wanting to attend. Rita Boling is teaching and doing a great job. We have people from other churches attend the Bible Study on Monday night and they go back to their service on Sunday. Available to anyone wanting to study the Word in an informal setting and good discussions.

More opportunities coming in the near future, I will keep you informed.

We are working with The Broken Heart Ministries for the clothes distribution.
We no longer have clothes to distribute.
More food information coming later.

In the days we are living, prayer has to be a major part of our lives as we are in warfare and it will increase as the Father is exposing evil and their plans.
Focus is on the prayer, armor and listening to the voice of Holy Spirit.
We are standing for this country and after listening to Dutch Sheets, we will stand and pray for the Covenant will come forth that Father God made with original colonist when they landed at Cape Henry. This country will be dedicated to Him and the gospel will be propagated to the world from this soil.
Lord restore the Covenant with America so it can In God We Trust.

Inviting all of you to services this weekend with Tim Wilson and his wife Carol from North Carolina. They will minister both services and are open and sensitive to the move of Holy Spirit.
They are knowledgeable of the Word
and listens to the voice of Holy Spirit.

Also attending will be Kenny and Phyllis Cain, and this couple have been a big influence and mentor in my ministry.
