FUN DAY @ HOLIDAY WORLD
On Saturday, we enjoyed a wonderful day riding roller coasters, the water park, eating at Denny’s and lots of conversations! The kids learned that the mission isn’t over but should continue throughout their lives. In daily interactions, conversations, in word and deed, we are called to be God’s disciples no matter what your age. Now go forth and DO the work of God!

Day 5
Today we did a different kind of job…we bought and planted flowers for Sister Laurita, pulled weeds at Holy Name School, helped in the library and put on an obstacle course for Summer Enrichment.

An added bonus today…a visit from Ms. Judy and Mrs. Farina and the best part, they brought Mickey Mouse ice cream bars!!!

God has blessed us in so many ways and we thank you for ALL of the financial support, meals and prayers that ALL have given!

Day 4
All job sites were complete today!!! Ms. Lu has her ramp painted. Ms. Theresa has a new floor that is level and stable to walk on. The brain injury camp has a fresh coat of paint in the gazebo as well as the ramp and a clean lodge. The church is clean and tidy and Sr. Laurita has a fresh coat of paint on her porch.

Tomorrow, WE WILL SPREAD GOD’S LOVE IN A DIFFERENT WAY, stay tuned!

Day 3
Our girl crew is totally into picture taking and the boys…well not so much. Either way, we had a productive day. The boys we able to put in the floor joist and subfloor.
The girls crew were able to clean the church, finish painting the railing on the ramp for the Brain Injury Camp and sand and prep Sister Laurita’s porch.

Painting Day 2
Well our day started off ruff again but with positive attitudes and determination, these young ladies pulled off another successful day! We successfully painted the gazebo and one coat of paint on the ramp hand rails. Neither rain nor spilled paint, STOPPED these mission minded youth. (Sorry about more pics of the girl than the guys…that’s just the way girls are!)
