Effective Wednesday evening, we will be canceling all services except the senior adult ministry. This does not include tonight’s ladies meeting, which will go on as scheduled. All other meetings are canceled. We ask for your prayers during this time.

Out of an abundance of caution, and based on forecasts from the National Weather Service and NOAA, we will cancel tomorrow evening's service.

Some storm projections show severe weather threats starting as early as 6:00 p.m. CDT and as late as 11:00 p.m. CDT. With that large a spread of severe weather coming in, we would rather err on the side of caution.

The morning service remains unaffected, and we will meet as normally scheduled.

A strong cold front will provide a focus for severe storms as it moves through the Quad State Sunday evening. Damaging winds will be the primary threat, but a few brief tornadoes will be possible.

This may look like a bunch of bags, but it’s more than that for our friends at Henderson Manor. For over five years, our fellowship has been able to purchase sixteen sets of personal care items each quarter to donate to the residents of Henderson Manor in our hometown.

With a special thanks to the stewardship of our members, on Sunday, February 15th, we were able to help where it’s needed in our community. We would like to thank Ms. Karen Carrier for her donation of blankets which were included with this quarter’s delivery.

Keeping an eye on these severe storms for our evening service on Sunday. Because we are a home church, we always want to err on the side of caution. For now, we are planning to have both our regular morning and evening services, but as we get more information about the weather, we will let you know.

⚠️: A tale as old as time. A strong cold front rushes in on Sunday. With that, a chance at severe storms is now on the table. We'll have more details soon, but consider this an early Alert. It's about to get very stormy and then cold, again!
