This video, led by Fr. Jose Uppani, is the first in a series of Marian meditations titled "Ave Maria," focused on preparing for the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Key reflections shared in the meditation include:
• Significance of the Nativity: The birth of the Blessed Mother is described as profoundly important, second only to the birth of Jesus, as her arrival made the incarnation possible.
• Theological Titles and Virtues: The speaker reflects on various titles and attributes of Mother Mary, highlighting her roles as the beloved daughter of the Father, mother of the Son, and spouse of the Holy Spirit. He emphasizes her Immaculate Conception, purity, and her humble response to God: "I am the handmaid of the Lord".
• Intercessory Role: Mary is celebrated as the Queen of Heaven and Earth, a compassionate mother to all humanity, and a powerful advocate for us before Christ.

The video concludes with an invitation to participate in this eight-day online meditation series leading up to the feast on September 8th, encouraging viewers to deepen their devotion and invite others to join.
