Join us for Sunday School and Worship this coming Sunday, December 8th. After church, we invite our kids to join us in making personal pizzas for lunch, sharing in some activities in the FLC, and then heading to see “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.” Kids will need money if they want to buy anything from the concessions at the theater.

Sharing January 28th pics from Kid’s Worship ❣️ Loved having 9 children join us for some fun and learning activities centered around FORGIVENESS! Our scripture verse Ephesians 4:32 states: “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” Thank you, Mrs. Janet, for your leadership and service❣️

From Thanksgiving feasts to this. Our children participated in several facets of this lesson. Thank you, Janet Burke, for loving the Lord and loving our children! A great and engaging lesson! ❤️

We studied the Feast of Tabernacles or Feast of Booths which was the time of giving thanks to God for the harvest. Our scripture was from Deuteronomy 16:13-17 and Nehemiah 8:13-18. The readers read from Psalm 67. We tried to celebrate this festival the way they did in Bible times by building booths, feasting on foods from Bible times, reading from the Bible (or scrolls) thanking God for what He has done for us, and bringing gifts to Him.

Join us after Morning Worship this Sunday. The event runs from Noon - 2:00 PM. You can eat lunch here AND get some candy! If we have a rainy Sunday, we can hand out the candy in the FLC instead of on the parking lot, if necessary.

Join us on our first night of VBS! We’ll start with dinner in the FLC at 5:30 and then our VBS schedule will flow from 6:00-7:30. We will finish in the Sanctuary, so come there to pick up your kids. if you need transportation help for children or youth, please let us know!

Make your plans! If you’re in town this holiday weekend, join us at Hyland this Sunday for some Pre-VBS excitement! Come to Sunday School and Worship and stay for lunch and some foamtastic fun! Then save those dates for VBS in a few weeks!
