This Sunday, we were honored to welcome Pastor as he continued our series on Suffering: “Count it”.

His message, “You Can’t Take It Away,” reminded us that joy isn’t the absence of suffering, it’s the presence of Christ in it. 🌿

Even when life wounds us, the Spirit gives us a deeper joy that sorrow can’t steal. Thank you, PJ, for pointing us back to Jesus as our anchor, even in the storm.

To everyone who serves, whether on the altar or behind the scenes…you are seen, valued, and essential to the Kingdom. 👏🏽

The Word reminds us: “God is not unjust; He will not forget your work and the love you have shown Him as you have helped His people and continue to help them.” (Hebrews 6:10 NIV)

Every prayer whispered, every chair set, every lyric sung, every hand extended to welcome someone, Heaven notices. And so do we. 🙌🏽

Thank you for saying “yes” to serving. Thank you for building God’s house with excellence and love. You reflect Jesus so well. This isn’t just volunteer work…it’s Kingdom work. And it carries eternal weight. 👑

“WE DRINK FROM WELLS WE DID NOT DIG!!” Pastor Juan had a moment in his office before service today with our former Lead Pastor, Pastor Chris. He gifted him with a shovel and also a glass jar that had dirt in it directly from the church property. Pastor Chris and his family gave a decade of their life building the kingdom of God through Hempstead Assembly. The Delmadge family dug deep so the next generation can build high and for that we are forever grateful!!
