Come, Holy Spirit!

This Sunday we celebrate the Feast of Pentecost, the day the Holy Spirit was poured out on the apostles and the Church was born. The same Spirit still breathes life into us today, speaking the good news in every language and drawing people from every nation into one body of Christ.

Happy St. George’s Day! 🛡️🐉

Today, April 23, we join millions around the world in honoring the martyrdom of St. George. A Roman soldier of immense faith, he is famously remembered for his courage and the legendary victory of light over darkness, symbolized by the story of the dragon.

As the patron saint of England, Georgia, and many others, this day is a celebration of standing firm in one’s beliefs and living with "Strength and Courage to Love & Serve."

The "dragon" he fought is a classic symbol of faith overcoming evil.
