We are a week away from the big event! At this time I want to introduce our Chili judges!

Caroline Cobell -
Caroline is the owner and Executive Chef of Caroline’s On Main. Caroline’s is a 100% Gluten Free Bistro in Old Town Tomball. Caroline has been creating magic for the past seven years and has won many awards for her tamales & baked goods. She loves cooking almost as much as she loves eating!

Mike McCurdy - Owner - McCurdy Media
Creator / Owner of “Dang That’s Good!” on YouTube

Mike has been a long-time camera and recording enthusiast who loves to create content for both Professional work and Social Media. Mike started his own company, McCurdy Media in 2015 and has produced photography and videos for his clients, including Target, Howard Hughes, DuroMax, and NASA. He started a YouTube channel during the pandemic to help the local restaurants in his area with free professional videos of their restaurants and menu items. He did this to let people know that they were still around and needed community support to stay in business.

Nick Rama - Nick Local Eats - founder / Freelance food writer

Nick shares his restaurant experiences on Nick's Local Eats Facebook group of 18,000 + followers, where he enjoys helping small business owners, supporting the community with fundraising for charities, plans tasting events and soft openings with locally owned mom & pop restaurants and chefs. Nick also has a passion for featuring local restaurants, chefs and owners with his articles on Hello Woodlands and other food publications. Nick can also be seen with Mike McCurdy spotlighting restaurants with their Dang That's Good series on YouTube.
