Pastor Deborah Jackson and 238 Church are honored to serve our community once again at Valley Restart Shelter.

On October 12th, we will have the opportunity to prepare and serve meals to families, pray over the meal, and share the love of Christ through our service.

We invite you to help us prepare, love, and serve. If you would like to contribute, food donations are gratefully accepted to help us prepare meals for those we will serve.

Serving others is one of the greatest ways we can demonstrate the love of Christ. ❤️

What an Amazing Week! 🎉❤️

From Pastor Jackson: What an amazing week I have had celebrating my 58th birthday! Yesterday, I had the beautiful opportunity to attend Elect Lady Benson’s First Ladies and Female Pastors Retreat in Mission Viejo.

Little did I know that I would be traveling across the Ortega Mountains—the same mountains I was once afraid to drive through back in 2013. For about six months, I was fearful, but I reminded myself that “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 KJV

From 2013 to 2015, I challenged myself to drive across the Ortega Mountains to avoid the heavy Los Angeles traffic. Eventually, what once caused fear became a breeze. Now, 11 years later, I realize what a powerful spiritual reminder that journey has become.

Yesterday was more than attending an event. It was a reminder of how far God has brought me. I was able to relax, meet new and familiar faces, and experience the love and fellowship of some of the most amazing women of God.

A special thank you to Elect Lady Benson Rachelle Benson for her immeasurable support in my life. Thank you for pouring out your strength in ways that uplift, rebuild, and encourage women of God. You are a remarkable jewel and truly a God-sent blessing in my life during this season of pastoring. I am grateful for you and the way you continue to create space for women in ministry to connect, grow, and be strengthened.

I do not take God’s grace for granted. I am truly grateful for the leaders He has placed in my life during this season of growth and ministry.

Thank you all for the beautiful birthday wishes, thoughtful gifts, love, and encouragement. ❤️

Remember: Every season is an opportunity for your strength to work on someone else’s behalf.

🎉 HAPPY 58TH BIRTHDAY TO OUR PASTOR! 🎉

Today, 238 Church celebrates 58 years of life, purpose, and God’s faithfulness in the life of our Pastor, Pastor Deborah Jackson! ❤️

This is more than a birthday—it is a celebration of what God is doing in and through her life! Since launching 238 Church on May 31, she has continued to lead with faith, vision, determination, and a heart for God’s people.

She is a go-getter, a prayer warrior, a strong foundation-builder, and a powerful preacher of the Word, standing firmly on the Apostolic foundation of Acts 2:38.

She has worked tirelessly in the community, giving of herself to help others, showing love, extending compassion, and bringing healing and encouragement wherever God sends her.

Pastor, we honor you, celebrate you, and thank God for your yes, your sacrifice, your prayers, your leadership, and your heart for people.

May this 58th year bring greater anointing, greater strength, greater impact, and greater blessings! We believe the best is still ahead! 🙌🏽

Sunday at the Coffee Zone, we had an awesome time of worship and the Word! 🙏🏽

Pastor Jackson’s birthday is today, and she is celebrating today with a grateful heart. Preaching, I’m still here, and I’m choosing to leave the past behind and embrace this new day.

“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24 KJV

58 years of grace, and she’s grateful for what God is doing next! 🙏🏽❤️
