A big thank you to our wonderful helpers: Darshae K., Dakota B., Sharilyn N., Chelsea S., Karen W., Nathan W., Mrs. Jones, Breanne P., and Lena M. Iles for making dinner! Mark & Nathan building a beautifully decorated backdrop set. We also want to thank the many HCC church members who brought supplies. The older youth group members who showed up, got their hands dirty, and helped with various things throughout the week: Malaeloa, No’alani, Edith, and Ronan.

We truly appreciate everyone’s teamwork and willingness to help. It was such a fun Vacation Bible School, and we are already looking forward to the next one!

Thank you to all the parents and grandparents for allowing your kids and grandkids to join us.
One especially memorable part of the week was having a live sheep & goat visit so the children could pet it while learning about Psalm 23 and hearing about our Good Shepherd. It was such a special experience! ❤️ We sure learned a lot about sheep 🐑

We absolutely love giving the youth the chance to do service activities and finding opportunities for them to serve within our church! Everyone has a place within the body of Christ to be a servant. We are all one and we can all be disciples in different ways according to our God given gifts. In order to learn, you must do!
We love it when child attendees step up to run our musical slides for the worship team or are brave enough to get up to take the offering or pass out communion. It’s a blessing to have those helping hands 🙌

Rather than "seen and not heard," children in the church should be seen and included!

Dear Parents and Families,

We are excited to kick off another year of Youth Ministry and Outreach programs starting this October!

*First Meeting: Wednesday, October 7th
*Annual Registration: $20 per student (due whenever convenient, or feel free to bring snacks instead—financial constraints will never prevent a student from participating)
*Forms: Packets will be sent home with students on the first night for parents to complete and return.

We look forward to welcoming your students as they settle into their school and sports routines!

On October 7th, our Youth Group begins and is open for all students in grades 6th-12th. Each Wednesday evening will include a special dinner at 6:00pm with songs and fellowship to follow.
