Public Service Announcement
The Gospel Garage is temporarily closed.
Pastor Kevin is still doing some small side work at the garage but our ministry is on hold for the time being.
This is not permanent but our services will change when reopened.

I got to teach at Camp Formosa this week. A lesson on Vehicle maintenance and Faith maintenance. Focused on the shop manual and it’s importance for vehicles then the Bible and it’s importance for our souls.
We all had fun.

We made some new shop rules for everyone to follow. It’s crazy that we need to have them.
But I guess that God even posted rules for humanity to follow.

We got our tire machine and balancer back up and running. Thankful for everything the Lord provides.

There was a time when I was afraid to service any brakes other than drum brakes. I just hadn’t ever worked on disc brakes until one day I watched an experienced mechanic as he did a disc brake repair. Lo and behold it was way more simple than drum brakes.
Many times we don’t try new things because it is simply outside of what we know and are familiar with.
I’ve had many people tell me that church just isn’t their thing. Many of them had bad experiences in a church so they don’t want anything to do with it. When we learn the truth about being part of the church instead of just “attending church “ it opens up a whole new world to us.
Moral of story = Don’t be afraid of disc brakes and don’t discount Jesus because of what you think the church is. You may just learn that you’re making it harder on yourself than it needs to be. Watch the “Great Mechanic” and learn.

We’ve been getting some improvements accomplished lately.
Air compressor hooked up outside the second shop and tire machines set up and operational.
Also traded some labor to get plumbing moved in the main bathroom from the floor to the wall.
