Hi friends—
I just heard from Marti that Pastor Rodney’s surgery is scheduled for this Tuesday at 7:30 AM at Henrico Doctors Hospital (Forest). Please continue to lift Pastor Rodney, Marti, and their family up in prayer. He and Marti are doing as well as can be expected, though understandably a bit anxious. We are trusting fully in Jesus, our Healer, for peace, strength, and a successful surgery. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 We will post updates here when they are available to share.

**Here’s a post yesterday from Marti (Pastor Rodney’s wife) —
In the early hours of Sunday morning during another visit to the ER, Rodney was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in the cerebellum area of the brain. He is now home resting. We will meet with the neurosurgeon again this week in his office to schedule surgery for next week and go over the process of what is to come. There are no words to express all the heartfelt concern and love showered upon us through all the text, calls and visits the past two days. Please continue to pray for a successful surgery and speedy recovery with no lasting effects. We love each and every one of you and greatly appreciate your patience as we navigate this uncharted territory of our next journey. God is still on His throne and will continue to guide and strengthen us through each step, each minute, each day of this journey. With all my love, Marti
