Today we celebrate an incredible group of graduating seniors at First Baptist Heath! 🎓

We are so thankful for each of these students and the way we’ve seen God work in their lives through the years. From kids ministry to youth group, camps, mission trips, worship nights, and Sunday mornings, it has been a joy to watch them grow in faith, character, and leadership.

As they step into this next season of life, our prayer is that they would continue to follow Jesus boldly, live for His Kingdom, and trust Him with every step ahead. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see all that God has in store for them!

Today we join believers across our nation for the National Day of Prayer.
At First Baptist Heath, we believe prayer is not a last resort—it is our first response.

Scripture reminds us:
“The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” — James 5:16

Today we are praying for:
• Our nation and leaders
• Our city and community
• Families and marriages
• Churches across our area
• Students, teachers, and schools
• Those hurting, struggling, or far from God

Would you take a few moments today to pray with us?
Pray that hearts would turn to Christ.
Pray for wisdom, peace, and revival.
Pray that God would move powerfully in our homes, churches, and nation.

What a day! God is on the move in amazing way at First Heath. We were so encouraged by the baptism testimonies this morning—stories of life change that remind us just how faithful God is and the power of the gospel. And we were challenged and inspired by the message from our mission partner, David Scott.

Our Granville Home Group had the opportunity to serve dinner at the LookUp Center in Newark this week, and it was a powerful reminder of what it means to care for those in need. It was a blessing to come alongside our community, share a meal, and show the love of Christ in a tangible way.
