Verse of the day with Rachel.

“Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭30‬-‭31‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Verse of the day with Samuel!

In the Gospel of Matthew today!

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

The book of James says:
2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

YWAM staff is taking part in sharing a verse a day. Something Warren did after giving his life to the Lord. This is a way we can honor our friend! Warren and the village of Minto hold a very special place for all of us here at YWAM Denali. Anything we can do to honor the life Warren lived we will surely do!

Pray for the village of Minto and Nenana as they navigate through this tragic loss

Warren was a senior in high school who got taken to be with the Lord too early in a hunting accident.

This loss falls heavy on the entire village of Minto and Nenana as well as YWAM Denali.

We all need the Lord’s comfort in this time and we’re asking you to lift everyone whose life was impacted by Warren up in prayer.

He was a believer who accepted Jesus last summer and was then baptized in Minto by Rob in the fall on a cold October night. He spread the word of Jesus through his social media platforms and touched so many lives.
