One vision God placed in my heart as Missions President was to look beyond our four walls. I grew up watching my father, and now my husband, faithfully support missions through the local church. But I also believed God was calling us to build relationships with businesses and community partners who shared our passion for helping the underserved around the world.
Dr. Deborah Allen embraced that vision and helped turn it into reality.
An accomplished author, publisher, and visionary, she also led the publication of our Amazon Best Seller, Beyond Borders, while faithfully serving through one of life's most difficult seasons.

Please continue to pray for Apostle Dr. Glen Allen Sr. as he receives radiation treatments, and for God's continued strength over their family.

The Midwestern District Council International Missions Department will truly miss your leadership. Thank you for your vision, dedication, and unwavering commitment to Kingdom work.

Because of your leadership, International Missions experienced a quantum leap, raising over $215,000 (with 2026 totals still pending), earning 1st Place in the P.A.W. with over $82,000, 4th Place with over $37,000, and now positioning the department to rank again in 2026 IMD of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the world

Thank you for bringing people together through unity, collaboration, innovation, and servant leadership. Your administration will also be remembered for producing the department's Amazon Bestselling book, Beyond Borders, leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come.

May God richly bless you as you enter your next chapter. The seeds you have sown will continue to bear fruit around the world.

What a night! What a powerful move of God!

I give God all the glory for allowing the incredible IMD Officers & staff along President Elder Crystal McCoy Swanigan , to successfully complete our 2022–2026 tenure as of the Midwestern District Council of the PAW Inc.. What a beautiful way to close this chapter of ministry!

As President my heartfelt appreciation goes to our Honorable Diocesan, Bishop Larry Jones and our Chairman, Suffragan Bishop Ron Stephens , for their outstanding leadership, vision, and unwavering support throughout these 4 years.
